How to load Exchange 2013 powershell snapin locally

How to load Exchange Server 2013 powershell module (rather called snap-in) locally on an Exchange machine without using the remote PowerShell virtual directory connection:

Add-PSSnapin Microsoft.Exchange.Management.PowerShell.SnapIn

No, the following method does not work:

Add-PSSnapin Microsoft.Exchange.Management.PowerShell.E2013
